On November 5, 2008, Terasen Gas filed with the Commission a fully executed copy of the “Special Provisions of the Gas EDI contract for the Short Term Sale and Purchase of Natural Gas between EOG Resources Canada and Terasen Gas Inc.” dated October 23, 2008 (the “Application”); and C. The Commission has reviewed the Application and finds it to be in the public interest.
