Pursuant to Section 71 of the Utilities Commission Act (the “Act”) on September 30, 2009 British Columbia Hydro and  Power Authority (“BC Hydro”) filed with the British Columbia Utilities Commission (“Commission”) an Electricity  Purchase Agreement (“EPA”) with Dokie General Partnerships in relation to its Dokie 1 Wind Project (the “Filing”); and    B. The Commission acknowledges receipt of the Justification Report for the EPA which BC Hydro included in the Filing, the  Additional Information filed October 7, 2009, and the Additional Information filed October 19, 2009; and    C.
