Request for Approval of Revisions to the BC Mitigation Plan Form

 

This letter is in response to your request of January 28, 2010 in which the Western Electricity Coordinating Council (WECC) has requested approval of certain revisions to the BC Mitigation Plan Form.

 

The Commission approves the revisions as submitted and notes that in future WECC may consider revisions of a minor nature are also approved unless the Commission receives a complaint with respect to the form revision.
