2011 Revenue Requirements Application

 

The Commission, in Appendix A to Order G-183-10 dated December 7, 2010, set out a Preliminary Regulatory Timetable to review the Pacific Northern Gas (N.E.) Inc. 2011 Revenue Requirements Application (Application). 

 

On December 17, 2010, PNG (N.E.) filed a letter with the Commission advising that it has decided to amend its Application, and requesting that the Preliminary Regulatory Timetable be suspended pending the filing of the amendment.  PNG expects to file the amendment no later than January 17, 2011.

 

The Commission by this Letter suspends the Preliminary Regulatory Timetable in Appendix A to Order G-183-10 pending PNG (N.E.) filing the amendment to the Application.
