This will acknowledge receipt of your June 21, 2010 letter requesting a six week extension of the regulatory process until August 3, 2010 in order to complete its filings in response to the Commission’s Information Request No. 2 previously due on June 10, 2010.

 

The Commission grants the extension and will amend the Regulatory Timetable, as required, after Tuesday, August 3, 2010.
