Further to your September 3, 2010 filing of the Terasen Gas (Whistler) Inc. 2010 Third Quarter Gas Cost Report (the Report) for the Whistler Service Area.  The Commission acknowledges receipt of the Report and accepts the recommendation that gas cost recovery rates remain unchanged for the Whistler Service Area, as of October 1, 2010.
