Re:  Terasen Gas Inc.

Extension of Nova Gas Transmission Service Contracts for Five Years

 

This letter is in response to the Terasen Gas letter dated September 23, 2010 (Application).  The Commission approves the request for Terasen Gas extend the term of its Nova Gas Transmission Ltd. service contracts to five years commencing November 1, 2010, as described in the Application.  Terasen Gas will file the executed service contracts for Commission approval.
