O R D E R
WHEREAS:
A. Aquilon Power Ltd.’s registration for the Function of Purchasing Selling Entity was confirmed by British Columbia Utilities Commission (Commission) Order G-95-10A;
B. On June 14, 2011, the Western Electricity Coordinating Council (WECC), acting as the Commission’s Mandatory Reliability Standards Administrator, informed the Commission that Aquilon Power Ltd. advised the Administrator that on May 3, 2011 they were no longer in business and had filed for bankruptcy and recommended that Aquilon Power Ltd. be deregistered for the function of Purchasing Selling Entity.
NOW THEREFORE pursuant to section 125.2 of the Utilities Commission Act, the Commission orders the deregistration of Aquilon Power Ltd. for the function of Purchasing Selling Entity.
