Application for a Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity

This letter will acknowledge receipt of the Interveners’ letter dated November 18, 2010 requesting an extension to file evidence.  The British Columbia Utilities Commission (Commission) has considered your request, granting the extension and amends the Regulatory Timetable attached as Appendix A.

The Commission requires the Interveners and Applicant to file a list of attendees for the Negotiated Settlement Process (NSP) in February 2011 by Thursday, December 16, 2010.  Furthermore, the Commission requires Interveners and Applicant to file a list of issues to be discussed at the NSP by Wednesday, February 2, 2011.

The NSP will be held on Wednesday, February 9, 2011 and if necessary, Thursday, February 10, 2011 at the Commission’s office in the Hearing Room, 6^th floor, 900 Howe Street, Vancouver, BC starting at 9:00 am.

The Interveners and Applicant will find the NSP Guidelines on the Commission’s website at http://www.bcuc.com/Documents/Guidelines/NSPGuidelines_Jan2001.pdf.
