O  R  D  E  R

WHEREAS:

 

A.       On November 15, 2011, FortisBC Energy Inc. (FEI) filed with the British Columbia Utilities Commission (Commission) an executed copy of a Storage Agreement between CrossAlta Gas Storage and Services Ltd. (CrossAlta) and FEI (the Agreement);

 

B.       FEI has requested that the filing and associated documents remain confidential due to their commercially sensitive nature;

 

C.       The Commission has reviewed the FEI’s filing and is satisfied that the Agreement should be accepted.

 

 

NOW THEREFORE pursuant to section 71 of the of the Utilities Commission Act and the Commission’s Rules for Natural Gas Energy Supply Contracts, the Commission accepts the Storage Agreement between CrossAlta Gas Storage and Services Ltd. and FEI.  The Commission will keep confidential the filing and associated documents identified in this Order.
