O  R  D  E  R

WHEREAS:

A.    On July 11, 2011, British Columbia Hydro and Power Authority (BC Hydro) applied (the Application) pursuant to subsection 46(1) of the Utilities Commission Act to the British Columbia Utilities Commission (the Commission) for a Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity to construct and operate the Dawson Creek/Chetwynd Area Transmission Project as described in the Application;

B.    By Order G-132-11, the Commission established an Initial Regulatory Timetable and Procedural Conference for the review of the Application.

C.    By letter dated September 13, 2011, BC Hydro requested an amendment to the Regulatory Timetable.

D.    The Commission has reviewed the request and determined that changes to the Regulatory Timetable are required.

NOW THEREFORE the Commission orders that:

1.    The Regulatory Timetable for the review of the Application is amended as set out in Appendix A to this Order.

2.    The Procedural Conference regarding the further regulatory process for the review of the Application has been rescheduled from September 22, 2011 to November 4, 2011, commencing at 9:00 a.m. in the Commission’s Hearing Room on the 12th Floor, 1125 Howe Street, Vancouver, BC.
