for approval of Mitigation Plans required for Compliance with Mandatory Reliability Standards

O  R  D  E  R

WHEREAS:

A.      British Columbia Utilities Commission (Commission) Order G-67-09 required Entities, subject to approved Mandatory Reliability Standards, to file Mitigation Plans outlining how they plan to meet compliance with standards they were not in compliance with;

 

B.       On March 2, 2011, the Western Electricity Coordinating Council (WECC) recommended Mitigation Plans for the following standards be dismissed as no violations of the standards were found:

 

  EOP-003-1 R1, R2, R3, R4, R5, R6, R7, and R8

  PRC-007-0 R1, R3

  PRC-009-0 R1, R2

 

 

NOW THEREFORE pursuant to section 125.2 (10) of the Utilities Commission Act, the Commission accepts the WECC’s recommendations and approves the Mitigation Plans as listed above.
