For Approval of the Propane Supply Agreement Between

MP Energy Partnership and FortisBC Energy Inc.

O  R  D  E  R

WHEREAS:

 

A.       On March 14, 2012, FortisBC Energy Inc. (FEI) filed with the British Columbia Utilities Commission (Commission) for approval of a Propane Supply Agreement between MP Energy Partnership and FEI for the Revelstoke Service Area for the period from April 1, 2012 to March 31, 2014;

 

B.       FEI has requested that the filing and associated documents remain confidential due to their commercially sensitive nature;

 

C.       The Commission has reviewed the FEI filing and is satisfied that the propane supply contract is appropriate and in the public interest.

 

 

NOW THEREFORE pursuant to section 71 of the Utilities Commission Act and the Commission’s Rules for Natural Gas Energy Supply Contracts, the Commission accepts for filing the fully executed agreement between MP Energy Partnership and FEI for the period from April 1, 2012 to March 31, 2014, and will keep confidential documents associated with the filing as requested by FEI.
