O R D E R

 

WHEREAS:

 

A.       On November 21, 2012, by Order G-175-12, the British Columbia Utilities Commission (Commission) revised the Written Hearing Process and Regulatory Timetable for the review of the FortisBC Alternative Energy Services Inc. (FAES) Telus Garden Application;

 

B.       On December 4, 2012, the Commission issued a supplemental Commission Panel Information Request No. 1 with a response date of December 10, 2012, concurrent with the Final Argument submission date;

 

C.       By telephone to the Commission on December 10, 2012, FAES requested to amend the Regulatory Timetable to accommodate the additional Panel Information Request.

 

 

NOW THEREFORE the Commission orders that the Regulatory Timetable for the Proceeding is revised as attached in Appendix A to this Order.
