O  R  D  E  R

 

WHEREAS:

 

A.       By Letter L-43-13 dated July 11, 2013, the British Columbia Utilities Commission (Commission) accepted the FortisBC Energy Inc. (FEI) 2013/14 Annual Contracting Plan (ACP);

 

B.       On October 23, 2013, pursuant to section 71 of the Utilities Commission Act, FEI filed an executed copy of a Contract Demand Transportation Service Agreement between FortisBC Huntingdon Inc. (formerly known as Huntingdon International Pipeline Corporation) and FEI (the Agreement) for the period starting on November 1, 2013 and ending October 31, 2014;

 

C.       The Commission has reviewed the filing and is satisfied that the Agreement is consistent with the ACP and is in the public interest.

 

 

NOW THEREFORE pursuant to Section 71 of the Utilities Commission Act and the Commission’s Rules for Natural Gas Energy Supply Contracts, the Commission accepts for filing the executed copy of the Contract Demand Transportation Service Agreement between FortisBC Huntingdon Inc. and FortisBC Energy Inc.
