O R D E R
WHEREAS:
A. By Order E-3-12 dated February 24, 2012, the British Columbia Utilities Commission (Commission) approved the Corix Multi Utility Services Inc. (Corix) Annual Contracting Plan for propane supply to Panorama Mountain Village (PMV);
B. On March 29, 2012, Corix filed with the Commission an executed propane supply agreement for PMV between Cal-Gas Inc. and Corix for the period from April 1, 2012 to March 31, 2013 (Agreement);
C. By Order E-12-12 dated April 13, 2012, the Commission accepted the Agreement for filing;
D. On January 23, 2013, Corix filed with the Commission an agreement with Cal-Gas Inc. to extend the existing contract to supply propane to PMV for the period from April 1, 2013 to June 30, 2013 (Extension Agreement);
E. Corix has requested that the filing and associated documents remain confidential due to their commercially sensitive nature;
F. The Commission has reviewed the filing with the Extension Agreement and is satisfied that the propane supply contract extension is appropriate and in the public interest.
NOW THEREFORE pursuant to section 71 of the Utilities Commission Act and the Commission’s Rule for Energy Supply Contracts, the Commission accepts for filing the Extension Agreement between Cal-Gas Inc. and Corix for the period from April 1, 2013 to June 30, 2013. The Commission will keep documents associated with the filing confidential as requested by Corix.
