O  R  D  E  R

WHEREAS:

A.      By Orders G-150-13 and G-151-13, the British Columbia Utilities Commission (Commission) established Amended Regulatory Timetables for review of the Applications by FortisBC Inc. and FortisBC Energy Inc. (together, the Utilities) for approval of Multi-Year Performance Based Ratemaking Plans for the years 2014 through 2018;

B.      By letter dated September 20, 2013, the Canadian Office & Professional Employees Union 378 (COPE) sought an adjustment to the Amended Regulatory Timetables which would allow its expert an adequate amount of time to prepare evidence;

C.      On September 24, 2013, the Utilities filed a response to COPE’s request, outlining its concerns with the proposed amendments.  In its letter, the Utilities offered alternative adjustments to alleviate COPE’s concerns;

D.      The Commission has considered the views of all parties and determines that a minor adjustment to the Amended Regulatory Timetable is necessary.

NOW THEREFORE the Commission orders as follows:

1.       An extension of one business day is granted for the filing of Intervener Evidence and the subsequent Information Requests on the Intervener Evidence.  The adjusted Regulatory Timetable is included as Appendix A to this Order.
