O  R  D  E  R

WHEREAS:

A.       By Orders G-164-13 and G-165-13, the British Columbia Utilities Commission (Commission) established Amended Regulatory Timetables for review of the Applications by FortisBC Inc. and FortisBC Energy Inc. (together, the Utilities) for approval of Multi-Year Performance Based Ratemaking Plans for the years 2014 through 2018;

B.       The Utilities submitted responses to Commission Information Request No. 2 on All Non-PBR Methodology Issues up to three days late according to the Amended Regulatory Timetable; and

C.       The Commission considers the delay in the Utilities’ submittal may impact Interveners’ subsequent submissions and determines that a minor adjustment to the Amended Regulatory Timetable is necessary.

NOW THEREFORE the Commission orders as follows:

1.       An extension of two business days is granted for the filing of Intervener Evidence.  The Amended Regulatory Timetable is included as Appendix A to this Order.
