Dear Ms. Fraser:

Re:  British Columbia Hydro and Power Authority

Application to Amend Rate Schedule 1289 - Net Metering Service

and Cancel Tariff Supplement No. 63 - Net Metering Interconnection Agreement

Compliance with Directive 4 of BCUC Decision

F2012 Net Metering Evaluation Report Extension Request

On May 14, 2012, the British Columbia Utilities Commission (Commission) issued Order G-57-12 on an application filed by BC Hydro to make changes to its Net Metering Rate Schedule.  Directive 4 of the Order required that BC Hydro submit a report on the Net Metering program for F2012 by no later than
March 31, 2013.  The Commission, in its Reasons for Decision laid out the objectives of the Net Metering Program (p. 21), the issues to be included in the F2012 report of the Net Metering program (pp. 21-23) and directed BC Hydro to consult with stakeholders in the preparation of the F2012 Report (p. 23).

Further to your February 19, 2013 request for a one month extension for BC Hydro to submit a report on the Net Metering program for F2012, the Commission grants the requested extension from March 31, 2013 to April 30, 2013 in order to allow sufficient time for stakeholders to review the draft report and provide comments to BC Hydro for its consideration prior to completing the final report for submission.

                                                                                                                                  Yours truly,
