2013 Revenue Requirements Application

 

Further to your request dated September 12, 2013, regarding Order G-141-13 directive #10, the Commission notes that when Order G-141-13 was issued, participants of the 2012 Revenue Requirements Proceeding were copied as recipients by way of email.  To avoid duplicate correspondence and potential confusion, the Commission accepts ICBC’s request to not resend Order G-141-13 and the Initial Regulatory Timetable to the 2012 Revenue Requirements Application Proceeding participants.
