Applications for Approval of a Multi-Year Performance

Based Ratemaking Plan for 2014 through 2018

 

The British Columbia Utilities Commission (Commission) has reviewed the letters submitted by Canadian Office and Professional Employees Union Local 378 on December 10, 2013 and FortisBC Energy Inc. and FortisBC Inc. on December 11, 2013 regarding the responses to Information Request (IR) in Exhibits B-29 and B2-13.

 

In January 2014, the Commission will decide which IR responses are within the scope of the Oral Hearing as previously determined by the Panels and inform the parties.
