Proposal to Discontinue Annual Reporting

 

The BC Utilities Commission (Commission) writes in response to FortisBC Energy Inc.’s (FEI) December 19, 2014 Update on Soil Stability Affecting Distribution System in Quesnel, British Columbia Report and the proposal to discontinue further annual update reports.

 

The Commission agrees with FEI that continued updates to the Commission on the distribution system in the Quesnel area are unwarranted due to the maturity of FEI’s Integrity Management Program and related risk mitigation activities and accepts FEI’s proposal to discontinue filing the annual updates effective for 2015.
