ORDER
WHEREAS:
A. On December 23, 2015, FortisBC Energy Inc. (FEI) filed with the British Columbia Utilities Commission (Commission) the 2015 Price Risk Management Application (PRM Application), which includes requests for approval for the implementation of enhancements to the quarterly commodity rate setting mechanism, as it applies to FEI and the implementation of a three-year medium-term fixed-price hedging strategy for FEI;
B. By Orders G-10-16 and G-38-16, the Commission established a written public hearing process for the review of the PRM Application including one round of information requests and written final arguments;
C. By Order E-10-16, Letter L-15-16 and the Decision issued concurrently on June 17, 2016, the Commission approved FEI’s proposed revisions to the quarterly commodity rate setting mechanism, and FEI’s proposed medium term hedging strategy for the three-year period ending March 31, 2019;
D. The following participants filed Participant Assistance/Cost Award (PACA) applications with the Commission with respect to their participation in the PRM Application proceeding:

E. On July 5, 2016, FEI submitted its comments on the PACA applications stating that provided the Commission has no concerns with the time identified or the amounts applied for by the interveners, FEI has no comment; and
F. The Commission reviewed the PACA applications in accordance with the PACA Guidelines attached to Commission Order G-72-07, and concludes that the cost awards should be approved.
NOW THEREFORE pursuant to section 118(1) of the Utilities Commission Act the British Columbia Utilities Commission orders as follows:
1. Funding is awarded to the following participants for their participation in the FortisBC Energy Inc. (FEI) 2015 Price Risk Management proceeding:
