ORDER

WHEREAS:

A.      On May 3, 2016, the British Columbia Utilities Commission (Commission) issued Order G-58-16 establishing a proceeding to review the regulatory oversight of British Columbia Hydro and Power Authority’s capital expenditures and projects (Oversight Proceeding);

B.      On June 14, 2016, by Order G-86-16, the Commission set the Procedural Conference for the Oversight Proceeding for Thursday, October 13, 2016. The Commission noted it had considered the submissions received and it was appropriate to hold this procedural conference following the October 6, 2016 Procedural Conference for the Inquiry of Expenditures related to the adoption of the SAP Platform proceeding (SAP Proceeding);

C.      On September 16, 2016, by Order G-146-16, the Commission set a new date for the Procedural Conference for the SAP Proceeding for October 28, 2016. Subsequently, on September 28, 2016, MoveUP inquired if the Commission plans to reschedule the Procedural Conference for the Oversight Proceeding;

D.      The Commission has reviewed the previous submissions and still considers it appropriate to hold the Procedural Conference for the Oversight Proceeding following the Procedural Conference for the SAP Proceeding.

 

NOW THEREFORE the British Columbia Utilities Commission orders that the Procedural Conference will now be held at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 17, 2016, in the Commission’s Hearing Room on 12th Floor, 1125 Howe Street, Vancouver, BC V6Z 2K8, with teleconference participation available to out of town participants if they do not wish to travel to Vancouver.
