Dear Mr. Blumes:

 

The British Columbia Utilities Commission (BCUC) writes in response to Stargas Utilities Ltd.’s (Stargas) letter dated March 11, 2020 requesting an extension to file its delivery rate application, in accordance with BCUC letter L-54-19.

 

The BCUC has reviewed Stargas’ letter and finds it reasonable to extend the filing date for its next application for a delivery rate from March 31, 2020 to no later than August 31, 2020.
