ORDER

WHEREAS:

A.      On July 30, 2020, Corix Multi-Utility Services Inc. (Corix) submitted an application seeking British Columbia Utilities Commission (BCUC) approval of its Burnaby Mountain District Energy Utility (BMDEU) revenue requirements and rates from 2020 through to 2023, effective September 1, 2020 (Application);

B.      By Order G-220-20 dated August 19, 2020, the BCUC established a regulatory timetable consisted of a virtual workshop, one round of information requests (IRs), Corix submission of an evidentiary update, and further process to be determined;

C.      By letter dated December 11, 2020, Corix requests a one-week extension to the deadline for Corix to respond to BCUC and Intervener IRs No. 1 from December 16, 2020 to December 23, 2020, with no proposed changes to the remainder of the regulatory timetable. Due to competing proceeding deadlines and limited resources, Corix requires additional time to respond to the BCUC and intervener IRs; and

D.      The BCUC has reviewed Corix’s extension request and considers an amendment to the regulatory timetable is warranted.

NOW THEREFORE the BCUC orders the regulatory timetable is amended, as set out in Appendix A to this order.
