Dear Mr. Butt,

 

The British Columbia Utilities Commission (BCUC) writes in response to Resort Gas Ltd.’s (Resort Gas) letter requesting a five-month extension to file its Revenue Requirements Application (Application).

 

The BCUC has reviewed Resort Gas’ letter and finds it reasonable to extend the filing date for its Application from January 31, 2021 to no later than June 30, 2021.
