ORDER
WHEREAS:
A. On April 21, 2022, EPCOR Industrial Infrastructure L.P. (EPCOR) filed with the British Columbia Utilities Commission (BCUC) an application for an exemption pursuant to section 88(3) of the Utilities Commission Act (UCA) for partial exemption from Part 3 of the UCA (Application);
B. On June 9, 2022, and September 22, 2022, BCUC Staff issued questions (Staff Questions) to EPCOR regarding the consultation that had occurred with First Nation Groups;
C. EPCOR responded to the Staff Questions on June 17, 2022, and September 28, 2022;
D. By Order G-312-22, dated October 19, 2022, the BCUC established a regulatory timetable for review of the Application (Review);
E. On November 17, 2022, British Columbia Hydro and Power Authority (BC Hydro) requested intervener status to participate in the Review; and
F. The BCUC has reviewed and accepted BC Hydro’s request and determines that an amendment to the regulatory timetable is warranted.
NOW THEREFORE the BCUC orders an amended regulatory timetable is established, as set out in Appendix A to this order.
