Dear Mr. Robb:

 

On September 29, 2023, Creative Energy Vancouver Platforms Inc. (Creative Energy) submitted a revised natural gas contracting strategy for its Core Thermal Energy System for British Columbia Utilities Commission (BCUC) approval. The revised strategy has Creative Energy switch its natural gas service from FortisBC Energy Inc. (FEI) Rate 7 Interruptible Service to FEI Rate 5 Firm Service under the FEI Tariff effective November 1, 2023.

 

The BCUC has reviewed the filing and accepts the revised contracting strategy as being in the public interest.
