The Applicant,

Self-Represented

The Respondent,
York Condominium Corporation No. 266
Represented by Victor Yee, Counsel

Submission date: December 18, 2025

ORDER

[1]       Ms. Stoneburgh alleges that she is subject to unreasonable noise. York Condominium Corporation No. 266 (“YCC 266”) has filed redacted security reports. The redaction makes the document difficult to understand.

ORDER

[2]       YCC 266 shall refile the security reports with redaction only of sensitive personal information. The question of whether a confidentiality order is necessary will be addressed later in the proceeding.

[3]       The unredacted reports will only be used for the purpose of the hearing and may not be shared with anyone other than the parties and their representatives.
