CONSENT ORDER

[1]       In the Condominium Authority Tribunal’s (CAT) online dispute resolution system, the Parties agreed to settle CAT Cases No. 2025-00637R in Stage 3 – Tribunal Decision and 2025-00872R case in Stage 2 - Mediation.

[2]       Both parties consented to joining Cases No. 2025-00637R in Stage 3 – Tribunal Decision and 2025-00872R case in Stage 2 - Mediation

[3]       Under Rules 34.3 and 43.1 of the CAT’s Rules of Practice, the CAT can close  cases if the Parties agree to the CAT making a consent order that resolves the dispute.

[4]       With the consent of the Parties, the CAT orders that these cases have been resolved, based upon the terms and conditions set out in this consent order.

 

ORDER

[5]       The Parties agree that the production of the records requested by the Applicant on July 31, 2025  (Case 2025-00637R) and on September 2, 2025 (Case 2025-00872R) has been resolved, based upon the terms and conditions set out in this consent order.

[6]       The Respondent shall pay $3,000 to the Applicant on or before May 8, 2026.

[7]       This Consent Order closes both cases, namely: Case 2025-00637R and Case 2025-00872R.

COMPLIANCE

[8]       If any of the Parties fails to comply with any of the terms of this order, it may be enforced through the Ontario Superior Court of Justice.
