APPLICATION FOR LEAVE
(Pursuant to sections 79 and 103.1 of the Competition Act)
1. The Applicant seeks leave pursuant to section 103.1 of the Competition Act to bring an application under section 79 of the Competition Act.
2. The Applicant is directly and substantially aƯected by the conduct described in the proposed Notice of Application.
3. The Applicant submits that there is a credible basis to conclude that the Respondent has engaged in a practice of anti-competitive acts, resulting in a substantial prevention or lessening of competition.
4. This Application is supported by:
(a) the AƯidavit of JeƯrey Allan Readhead;
(b) the proposed Notice of Application; and
(c) the Memorandum of Fact and Law.
