NOTICE OF ENACTMENT OF LAND LAW

SHAWANAGA FIRST NATION BUSINESS LICENCE LAW 2022

 

 

NOTICE IS GIVEN of the enactment of a Land Law entitled “Shawanaga First Nation Business Licence Law 2022" enacted by Shawanaga First Nation Council on 28 March 2022 pursuant to section 8.05 of the Shawanaga First Nations Land Code, 2017.

 

 

DESCRIPTION OF THE LAND LAW:  The land law governs the licensing of businesses conducted within Shawanaga First Nation reserve lands.
