SHAWANAGA FIRST NATION GOVERNMENT NOTICE OF ENACTMENT OF CANNABIS LAND LAW 2022
On 02 August 2022, the Council of Shawanaga First Nation enacted Cannabis Land Law 2022 which governs the use, possession, cultivation, processing and retail sale of Cannabis within the First Nation's reserves. The land laws was enacted pursuant to the Shawanaga First Nation Land Code, 2017.
