Swanson, Q.C., ) Commissioner ) o R D E R WHEREAS Pacific Coast Energy Corporation ("PCEC") applied March 20, 1990 for approval of the issuance of common shares to its sponsors, Alberta Energy Company Ltd. (HAEC") and Westcoast Energy Pipelines Limited ("WEPL fI ) in the subscription amount of $13.6 million each pursuant to Section 57(2) of the Utilities Commission Act; and WHEREAS the common share issue is consistent with the requirements contained in Article 15.2(m) of the Binding Agreement; and WHEREAS the Commission has considered the Application and supporting documents. NOW THEREFORE the Commission hereby orders as follows: I. The issue of common shares by PCEC to its sponsors AEC and WEPL in the amount of $13.6 million each is approved, . pursuant to Section 57(2) of the Utilities Commission Act. 2.
